My Naked Secret is a new 12 part series which tells the personal stories of people who are hiding physical abnormalities underneath their clothes and make up which they are ashamed of, and which are stopping them being happy. Featuring conditions such as: excess skin, man boobs, tumours on the body and extreme facial hair on a woman. In each episode of My Naked Secret we meet one person with a different condition who is about to embark on a transformative and emotional journey in search of acceptance of their body. This will mean addressing both the physical and psychological aspects of their secret body- through the mediums of surgery and a psychotherapist to help them work through their inner demons as well as their body issues. The series begins with 34-year-old mother of three, Marina, who after a gastric bypass two years ago, her body has transformed from 24 stone to ten stone; from morbidly obese to a size ten. She should be proud of her rapid weight loss, but the excess skin that has been left behind is devastating her; the life-saving weight loss has ruined her life.

The gripping crime drama continues. Episode two's macabre opening joins lowly gang members Brighteye and Buffoni as they bury the bodies of the Cannizzaro brothers, who were executed after they killed the gang's lucrative hostage, the Baron. Little do the bungling duo realise that the shallow graves are in the middle of a construction site, soon to be dug up by workmen... With their minds set on conquering Rome, superiors Lebanese and Ice decide to use the ransom money acquired from the Baron's kidnapping to fund their growing drug trade and so they call on their contact Puma to set up a meeting with crime lord the Sardine.

The jazz virtuoso presents three distinct performances at the Manhattan Studios in 1989, demonstrating just what sets Jordan apart from other guitarists. One acoustic, one solo and one electric, he is joined for the first section by pianist Kenny Kirkland, also famous for collaborations with Sting and Wynton Marsalis, bassist Charnett Moffett and drummer Jeff ‘Tain' Watts for acoustic renditions of Impression, Autumns Leaves, For You and Cousin. His second set is his chance to showcase his pioneering two-handed tapping technique lauded by peers and listeners for its multi-layered sound. Playing solo, he exhibits huge freedom through the bluesy Willow Weep For Me, as well as Flying Home and Over The Rainbow. Jordan concludes with an electric set accompanied by jazz and funk keyboardist Bernard Wright, bassist Yossi Fine and drummer JT Lewis. Together, they perform The Lady In My Life and Blues, rounding off a unique concert celebrating Blue Note's 50th anniversary.
