In his address, Marketers Are From Mars, Consumers Are From New Jersey, Bob will pull no punches as explains why he believes the advertising industry is deluded. It’s a deep misunderstanding about consumers and brands; it’s the exaggerated claims about digital; it’s the mistaken belief that older consumers aren’t worth targeting.
