April 18th sees great British favourite, Paul Hollywood bake his way around the world on the UK’s leading lifestyle channel, Food Network in a new series titled ‘Paul Hollywood City Bakes’.
Produced by Reef Television, the 10×30’ series will see Paul travel to Madrid, Miami, Munich, Warsaw, London, Paris, Naples, New York, St Petersburg and Copenhagen to explore the recipes that have shaped the baking heritage of each city. Paul will uncover family recipes, hotel delicacies and local favourites before adding his own ‘Hollywood twist’ to a classic.

From starting his career at his father’s bakery, to his judging role on The Great British Bake Off, born and bred baker, Paul fuels his passion by delving into the heart of local food and culture, meeting baking-heroes and candidly sharing his hopes and expectations with the audience. This really is a side of Paul which has rarely been seen before. In between recipes, he also explores the sights of each destination allowing viewers a real taste of what each city has to offer.
Taking the audience from past to present, Paul uncovers little known historic pastries and breads still loved by the locals and also meets the chefs and restauranteurs whose vision and ambition is shaping the future of each city’s baking story.
Backed with a marketing campaign that includes TV, Outdoor, Press, PR and Social Media, there’s certainly no doubt that the public will be made aware of his high profile debut on the channel.
