2018 will see Sky Sports F1 go into their seventh season of bringing fans the most in depth, passionate and innovative coverage of the world’s most popular motorsport. Sky Sports critically acclaimed team of stellar talent will once again guide race fans through the F1 calendar, with unrivalled coverage of every practice, qualifying and race of the season, as well as a host of engaging magazine shows bringing the latest analysis and talking points to the fore. In 2018 the channel will be available in unrivalled ‘Ultra HD’ broadcast quality, for the very first time.

The sponsorship opportunity offers a brand the chance to associate with the channel’s outstanding coverage every day of the 2018 season, before Sky Sports takes full exclusive rights to be sole broadcaster of every live race in 2019. With extensive content across broadcast, online and mobile, this opportunity offers a brand the opportunity to reach dedicated F1 fans across a number of platforms.

Sky Sports passionate team of F1 talent will bring fans a wide range of coverage across the season, showcasing:

Race weekends: In depth coverage and the best analysis from every practice and qualifying session, as well as every live race across the season.  Sky Sports F1 will bring fans all of the action from every race weekend of the season.

The F1 Show: Simon Lazenby and Natalie Pinkham return for the 2018 season, looking at all of the latest news and talking points from the world of F1.  Shot on location on race weeks, the show keeps fans up to date with all of the major talking points as they happen throughout the season.

F1 Legends: F1 Legends is the definitive location for the interviews that matter, hosting exclusive interviews with the greatest names in F1 past and present, including; drivers, commentators, team owners and team managers.

GP 2 & 3: Sky Sports F1 runs a comprehensive schedule of GP 2 & 3, covering each and every race from the much-hyped F1 feeder series.

The co-sponsor of Sky Sports F1 2018 will receive the following within the F1 section of

  • Sponsor logo placement (50% SOV) – c.25m impressions
  • Run of F1 Section (Billboard, Leaderboard, mobile banner, MPU) – c.3.5m impressions
  • 5” VOD sponsorship bumper (50% SOV) – 300,000 impressions
  • 2 million mobile ad impressions across the Sky Sports Mobile App F1 section.

Sky Go

With over 3.7 million unique users and 74 million streamed views each month, watching your favourite Sky channels and shows wherever, whenever has never been more popular. Across the sponsorship period, all Sky Sports F1 programming simulcast across Sky Go will carry sponsor accreditation consistent with the linear broadcast.

The sponsor will receive an opening 15” credit for every other programme pushed to Sky Go On Demand.
