YourTV is FOX Networks Group’s first UK free to air entertainment channel, providing a killer line-up of gripping real life crime. From shocking accounts of wrongdoing and audacious characters to unbelievable true crime stories, YourTV  is compulsive viewing for fans of scandalous content. Brand new UK and channel premieres launch monthly, making YourTV the go-to destination for gripping real life stories. Aimed primarily at women 35+ who are heavy TV viewers, YourTV offers advertisers an entertainment channel environment with a focus on compelling crime programming.

About YourTV

  • The channel has now reached 8.1m Adults since launch
  • In the first two months of 2016 the channel reached 1.1m Adults per week, with the average viewer tuning in twice a week
  • The channel has seen impressive growth since launch, with average audiences in February more than double what they were in the channel’s first month on air (October 2015). Further increases can be expected with a change in Sky EPG position (from 275 to 199) taking place on 1st April
  • The channel recently recorded its best day since launch, with an average audience of 30.1k Adults on Saturday 12th March, driven largely by stacks of Unusual Suspects and Snapped: Women Who Kill through the afternoon and evening. 366k Adults viewed the channel at some point during the day
  • Other recent programming peaks include 84k Ads for Snapped (30th January), 81k Ads for Unusual Suspects (30th January), and Crime Files: The Home Front 80k on 4th March)
YourTV’s Audience
  • YourTV appeals in particular to the Freeview audience, with 83% of viewing to the channel coming through that platform. Currently 11% of the audience comes from Sky homes, but this should increase after the aforementioned change in Sky EPG position
  • The channel tends to appeal to Women 45+. This group accounts for 54% of viewing to the channel – an index of 154 against Total TV
  • The audience also tend to be relatively big consumers of other traditional media, including radio and TV listings magazines
