The 4strokemedia.com site (the ” DEX Site “) was developed by Digital Exchange Srl, a company with registered office in Via Monte Penice, 8, 20138, Milan VAT number 10243540969.
1. Premises
1.1 The access, navigation, consultation of the DEX Site and the use and of any content published therein are governed by these terms of use (” Terms of Use “) and imply, on the part of visitors, the knowledge and full adherence to them.
1.2 Before continuing to browse, each user (” User ” or, in the plural, ” Users “) is required to carefully read the Terms of Use as well as the privacy information provided pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree. 4.2 In particular, the Reserved Area is aimed at offering advertising formats by DEX to allow publishers / publishers to obtain the products and / or services offered by DEX.
4.3 The User (publisher / publisher) who is allowed – upon registration – to access the Reserved Area by DEX is defined for the purposes of these Terms of Use as a ” Registered User “.
4.4 DEX makes the Reserved Area of the DEX Site available only to legal or natural persons of legal age, owners or legitimate owners of websites and / or blogs, who are able to enter into binding contracts in accordance with the relevant legal provisions. Users who do not have these qualifications are not authorized to register and use the Reserved Area.
4.5 Registration in the Reserved Area is voluntary and free and implies acceptance by the Registered User of these Terms of Use.
4.6 To access the Reserved Area, the User must have signed the Publisher Agreement and provide DEX, upon registration – by filling in the appropriate forms available on the DEX Site – their identification data such as, by way of example but not limited to , your name and surname, company name, e-mail address and further identification data such as, by way of example, tax code, VAT number, residential or domicile address, your IBAN or other data necessary for the execution of the contract.
4.7 Once logged into the Reserved Area, the Registered User will have their own profile available within the Reserved Area (the ” Account “) and will have the right to view further details of the services offered by DEX. Within the Reserved Area for the Registered User, additional personal data may be requested if necessary for the purpose of carrying out or using the aforementioned services.
4.8 When registering in the Reserved Area, the User must provide precise and complete information. The Registered User is also required to keep the access credentials secret and confidential.
4.9 Your account must be managed exclusively by the Registered User with the greatest possible diligence. To this end, the Registered User undertakes to immediately inform DEX in the event that any unauthorized use of his Account or any other breach of security occurs, or there is a suspicion that it has occurred or may occur. , in addition to taking any action in its powers that allows to remedy the violation reported, without deriving, however, any responsibility on the part of DEX.
4.10 DEX is not responsible and cannot be held responsible for any loss and / or damage deriving from the failure of the Registered User to comply with the above provisions.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 DEX reserves the right to modify and / or update the information, services, products, images and other contents of the DEX Site at its discretion, as well as to obscure them or limit their use at any time and without any notice obligation.
5.2 Although DEX makes every effort to ensure that the information on the DEX Site is accurate and up-to-date, the information may be out of date, contain technical inaccuracies or typos.
5.3 The DEX Site is configured and, as far as possible, will be managed by applying every reasonable technique and suitable tool to guarantee its correct and continuous operation. DEX does not guarantee that the DEX Site is free from defects and / or malfunctions. 8. Concluding Provisions

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
9.1 These Terms of Use are governed by Italian law, with the exclusion of any conflict rules.
9.2 Any dispute relating to the interpretation and / or execution of the Conditions of Use will be devolved to the Italian jurisdiction, with the exclusive forum identified in the Court of Milan and consequent exclusion of any other alternative jurisdiction.
