Getting There:

For all staff walking to the venue from Sky Campus, please leave the office no later than 1pm for a 1.30pm arrival. For all staff coming from other offices, please ensure to arrive for 1.30pm. For ease, please see opposite the suggested walking route below from Sky Campus and Syon Lane station.

Please note – do not follow your phone’s walking map as this will take you to the wrong and inaccessible entrance. Please only use the link opposite by clicking the map.

There is secure and private parking available on site if you wish to drive and there will be signposts on arrival to indicate where to park. You will not be able to leave your car there overnight however. For all those wishing to cycle to the venue, please note there are no facilities for you to lock them up so you leave them at your own risk.

Shuttle buses will be running in the evening from to both Osterley tube station (every 25mins between 9pm and midnight) and Syon Lane station (every 20mins from 9pm to 11.15pm) to ensure you get home safely.

Dress code:

The dress code is summer casual, so please arrive at the event in casual attire for an afternoon of activities and dancing in the evening! Please note, if the weather is good, there will be ample opportunity to go outside so comfortable footwear is advised. Furthermore, there are no changing rooms available on site – so please come dressed for the whole day and evening.

Please note – the cloakroom capacity is limited so please bring minimal bags/laptops to ensure we have enough space.
