The Walt Disney Company has expanded its advertising sales agreement with Sky Media, with linear advertising and sponsorship for the Disney Jr. channel introduced from early December, as well as video-on-demand (VOD) content across Sky’s TV platforms and Sky Go from early 2026.
This multi-year agreement builds on a longstanding relationship between Sky Media UK and Disney, offering brands new ways to connect with families and young audiences through premium, trusted content. Sky Media already represents advertising sales across National Geographic linear channels, having done so since 2004.
Disney Jr., which launched to customers last month via the Sky Kids package, delivers dedicated content for preschoolers ages 2-6. The channel offers 24/7 access to top kids’ TV shows featuring Disney Jr.’s beloved characters and stories, joining Sky Kids’ broader roster of 10 live children’s channels.
Disney Jr. is available to watch with the Sky Kids package via the TV guide or on demand on all Sky devices (Sky Glass, Sky Stream, Sky Q and Sky+) as well as the Sky Go app.
