Four years ago, I started WUKA with £7000 from crowdfunding. To find out that we are a top 5 finalist of the Sky Zero Footprint Fund for such a huge value, really touched me and my team that a global brand like Sky shared in the values of our mission. Our ad will be aired on one of the most watched channels in the UK and reach an audience we could only have dreamed of a few months ago. Reaching more people with our message that reusable period pants make a positive impact on our planet with a single swap means we can, together, make a difference to our lives and those of our children”.
